We are a Melbourne-based initiative built on one belief: focus is a trainable skill. Not a personality trait. Not luck. A skill — that improves with the right practice.
Brainomatics is a Melbourne-based cognitive fitness initiative founded on the belief that the attention crisis affecting children and adults is one of the most important — and most overlooked — challenges of our time.
We have no apps to sell. No platform to sign up for. Our mission is purely to build the human skill of focus — through real, in-person, screen-free practice.
We are currently in the community pilot phase — running free sessions to test our methodology, measure outcomes, and build an evidence base before approaching schools and larger organisations.
"The problem is not intelligence. The problem is overstimulation."— Core positioning of Brainomatics
There is a lot of noise in the children's wellbeing space. Here is exactly what we are — and aren't.
Attention is not fixed at birth. Like any skill, it improves with structured, deliberate practice — at any age.
Every session produces measurable before and after scores. We believe in showing impact, not just describing it.
We start with community centres — not schools, not corporations. Real families, real children, real results.
Children are not failing. They are being trained — by apps — to need constant stimulation. We train the opposite.
Our exercises look simple. That's the point. The difficulty is in doing them — sitting still, waiting, resisting the urge to react.
The attention crisis is real, measurable, and getting worse. We don't soften that — we solve it.
Sessions are free during our pilot phase. No cost, no commitment, no preparation needed from your team.
